1. Eligibility for Refunds

An unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product opening)

2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) that are refused at delivery
3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:

Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days, or

Refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

If the issue is from our side (damaged / wrong product), shipping costs will be borne by CrazyItems.in

Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
