  • In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed slightly

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship all over India

  • International shipping is not available at the moment

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email

  • Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will arrange a replacement or refund after confirmation from the courier partner

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate

  • CrazyItems.in is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned due to failed delivery or refusal (especially COD) will not be re-shipped

8. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted
